Zach Penacho
Zach is responsible for seeking new investment opportunities and partnerships, due diligence, and providing post-investment support to portfolio company operators. In addition, Zach sits on the investment committee alongside James.
Prior to joining ValueStreet, Zach was a director with Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN) where he focused in hospital operations. He led teams and partnered with client executive leadership and employees, across 15+ states and 30+ organizations, to identify and implement sustainable initiatives to improve margins while better serving patients. Zach also sold, rolled out, and led the development of Huron’s proprietary software-as-a-service productivity suite.
As a San Diego native, Zach is often at the local dog beaches with his wife and daughter, calling after their part-staffy-part-dolphin dog to avoid the jet skis.
