ValueStreet is a family office investing in businesses in the Western United States. We typically seek investments in businesses providing vital products or services to a loyal customer base.

ValueStreet was founded by Jim Moran and opened its doors in January of 2019. Jim’s primary goal was to build a firm aligned with the long-term needs of founders and families who had built successful enterprises, and had a vested interest in seeing their businesses flourish after transitioning to a new owner.

In support of being a trusted long term partner, ValueStreet’s investment capital is sourced only from family members or the firm’s employees and advisors, all of whom share our values of integrity, stewardship, and long-term progress. Our independent approach allows us to act in the best interest of each business we invest in rather than chasing short-term returns of predetermined investment targets.
